How do I resend an invitation to an employee?


If an employee did not receive their invite, it is easy to resend it. Follow the steps below to re-invite the employee.

  1. Click 'Admin' in the left navigation and select 'JC Accounts'
  2. Click the name of the employee you wish to re-invite. Use the search box at the top of the list if you don't see the employee right away.
  3. On the Details screen that opens, make sure the email listed is correct for the employee. If it is not, you can change it and click the Save button
  4. Once you've verified the address is correct, click the 'Resend invite Email' button at the bottom.

Your employee should now receive a new invite and can complete their sign-in process.
