How do I resend an invitation to an employee?


  • In the lefthand menu, click Admin>JC Accounts

  • Click the name of the employee you wish to re-invite. Use the search box at the top of the list if you don't see the employee right away.

  • On the Details screen that opens, make sure the email listed is correct for the employee. If it is not, you can change it and click the Save button

  • Once you've verified the address is correct, click the 'Resend invite Email' button at the bottom.

Your employee should now receive a new invite and can complete their sign-in process.
