How do I resend an invitation to an employee?
If an employee did not receive their invite, it is easy to resend it. Follow the steps below to re-invite the employee.
- Click 'Admin' in the left navigation and select 'JC Accounts'
- Click the name of the employee you wish to re-invite. Use the search box at the top of the list if you don't see the employee right away.
- On the Details screen that opens, make sure the email listed is correct for the employee. If it is not, you can change it and click the Save button
- Once you've verified the address is correct, click the 'Resend invite Email' button at the bottom.
Your employee should now receive a new invite and can complete their sign-in process.
