Sign up for the first time

Welcome to Journey Central. If you are signing in for the first time, you should have received an invite email from Journey Central support. Click the link in this email to get started.

Once you've clicked the link you will be taken to your employee portal signup screen.

  1. Ensure that your email is correct. If it is not, contact your company admin to get it fixed.
  2. Click the Sign Up button
  3. You will receive an email from Journey Central Support with a login code. Copy this login code.
  4. Enter the login code on the Journey Central screen in the box marked Code and hit submit
  5. You will now be prompted to enter your new password. Choose a good password and enter it in the box provided.
  6. Click the Save Password button. Your password will be saved and you will be directed to the main login page.
  7. You're good to go. Login with your new password.
