Add Document for Employees
The following steps provide an easy method for adding a document for employees, such as a company handbook:
- Open the HR section in the navigation panel and select Document Manager
- At the top of the Documents Manager Page, find the File Uploader
- Select the white '+' (plus) icon in the top right of the File Uploader
- Select the file you wish to upload from your computer
- Once the document has been loaded in the File Uploader, select the white upload button in the top right corner
- A white check mark will appear next to the name of the file you've uploaded in the widget once the upload is complete.
- This document will appear in the table titled Document Manager where you are able to edit the name of the document, delete the document, or assign the document for employees acknowledgement.
