Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! Follow these simple steps to reset it and regain access to your account:

  1. Go to your portal page and click 'Forgot your password?' just below the password box.
  2. Enter Your Email in the email box and press submit
  3. Check Your Email
    • Within a few minutes, you'll get a message from Journey Central Support with your login code.
    • If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact your company admin or support team for assistance.
  4. Enter the Code from your email in the box marked 'code' and click submit.
  5. Enter your new password:
    • Enter your new password in the boxes provided and click 'Save Password'
  6. All Done.
    • After you click 'save password' you'll be brought back to the login screen where you can log in with the password you just set.
