Resetting your password
If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! Follow these simple steps to reset it and regain access to your account:
- Go to your portal page and click 'Forgot your password?' just below the password box.
- Enter Your Email in the email box and press submit
- Check Your Email
- Within a few minutes, you'll get a message from Journey Central Support with your login code.
- If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact your company admin or support team for assistance.
- Enter the Code from your email in the box marked 'code' and click submit.
- Enter your new password:
- Enter your new password in the boxes provided and click 'Save Password'
- All Done.
- After you click 'save password' you'll be brought back to the login screen where you can log in with the password you just set.
